Ok here is one of the strongest Benzos available and it does not help me at adjectives in sleeping. I've be through it with the Valiums, Xanax etc and none engender me even a bit sleepy. Yes and this is the 30mg... My problem is explaining this to the doctor. Maybe its time to try barbituates or something other than Benzos. I am have a hard time finding anyone who have this same problem or any mention in the literature. I can not believe it myself that zilch seems to work.
