:S:S suppository!!?

i have of late bought suppositories as prescribed by my doctor... i have to whip them 2 times a day :S:S... but the put somebody through the mill is how to deal next to them ?? do they hurt?? what shall i do?? pls answer
really i dont want to take them. im so afraid:S:S suppository!!?
Well, they aren't the most pleasant path to take medication, but it's not the worst any. First of all, you own to relax about it- easier said than done. Make sure you hold stored them in the fridge, so they are nice, cold and firm. Carefully coat off adjectives the foil wrapper, and if you have a bit of petroleum jelly or KY jelly, wipe a bit on the tip. From there, you purely locate the appropriate orfice, line it up and push calmly while you bear down slightly. It should slip right contained by. It won't hurt, but it will feel really out of the ordinary. Stay lying down for a bit to let it soften and start getting absorbed. You may hold the urge to go to the bathroom which you don't want to do or you'll lose the suppository within the bargain. So if you cogitate you may have to progress at all, step before you try to insert the suppository. If in that is somebody available you really, really trust, and who really loves you, it's sometimes easier to have an assist beside it. That's sort of up to your call. No inevitability to be afraid of them, just grit your teeth and be done near it. It's not a lot of fun, but it does overpower a needle surrounded by the rear. If you don't own any luck at first and it seems to be melt, rewrap it, chill it, and try again in a bit. If adjectives else fails, phone the doctor and explain the problem, and see if the medication comes in a different form that will work.
put them surrounded by your butt. it won't hurt. you will get used to it, if they hold been prescribed, probability are you need them.
