Will my rear legs torment spontaneously disappear?

I have an 'office job' - which process sitting at the computer every day, adjectives day. My spinal column problems range from 'twitching muscles' to nonspecific discomfort. What can I do to avoid my back problems getting worse and worse?
The problem is contained by the thorax area or better lumbar region.Will my rear legs torment spontaneously disappear?
Do stretching exercises of the back muscles every morning and evening. Do strengthening exercises of the tummy also. Make sure you desk and chair are ergonomically set for you. Use a lumbar roll, small pillow, contained by the curve of your back. Get up and put your foot around every hour. See if a foot rest offers any support.
This sounds similar to muscle spasms, maybe a chiropractor is within the neighborhood that could give some massage to relieve the stress.
