Why is my shoulder hurting when i do Dumbbell Side Shoulder Raises?

i used to lift 15 lbs for my side shoulder raise, 2 weeks ago i started lifting 25 lbs, this morning i woke up with for a time discomfort on my left shoulder, but zilch too bad. I can do side shoulder raise with the 15 lbs dumbbell near little to no discomfort but when i try lifting 25 lbs my shoulders starts hurting alot, so much that i can't even do 2 reps.
this is only up with my not here shoulder, What could be wrong? and how can i heal my shoulder hurriedly?Why is my shoulder hurting when i do Dumbbell Side Shoulder Raises?
You f*cked up your rotator cuff... It's very adjectives problem with bodybuilders who overdo their workouts. What's more, there's no trouble-free cure for it other than a surgery. Oh sure, you can put rime on it and the pain will progress away, but the moment you start exercising again, it will return.
My younger brother had it for over 2 years, remunerated $2000 for a surgery and still complains. My advice is find another set of exercises.
Rest it, stretch it, rime it!
