Your opinion in connection with Litthmann Stethoscope?

I have be using the same Littmann Cardiology III since medical university and I love the clarity I get on auscultation next to it. But last dark in the ER, a to some extent bad darkness I may add, my frail Betsy went to that great medical demur bin in the sky. Now that I’m rear on the prowl for a new stethoscope, what do you recommend? I hold seen some of the paramedic personnel fetch electronic stethoscopes by Littmaan.
How do those work out in the corral or in the organization setting?
Are they able to allow you to detect murmurs?
Pros & cons kindness and as always, my appreciation next to thanks.Your opinion in connection with Litthmann Stethoscope?
If "outdated Betsy" served you so well, why don't you carry another Cardiology III?
Pros: sound amplications and volume control, cool gaget
Cons: freestyle power, electronics can't take as much maltreat, and it is expensive.
They are not very accurate out surrounded by the field. In an environment setting where on earth movement if limited thay are ok, but out within the field they are totally good. They are not impressively good working near like contained by the back of a moving ambulance. Road clap and movement interfers with them. Stick beside the regular Litthmann and like you said, they are terrifically nice.
Always stick with Litthmann's Stethoscope rely on what you hear beside your regular stethoscope not what the electronic one says . Plus the warranty is seriously shorter on the electronic ,however for your own peace of mind borrow someones electronic and another Cardiology to see if you get like peas in a pod results if so stick with the hoary fashion and don't consume your money.
I love mine, its wonderful I have two
