Will brushing your teeth more frequently within a daytime receive my teeth whiter? (Would give support to you're medically backedup)

Ok well I want to know if brushing my teeth more frequently every sunshine (like more than morning and night) will promote whiter teeth? or would it be in capillary? If you are any way sure of your answers near medical knowledge, that'd be great, if you could include a relationship, even better! Thanks! Will brushing your teeth more frequently within a daytime receive my teeth whiter? (Would give support to you're medically backedup)
No it will not help whiten your teeth as the dinginess is cause by stains. You need a stain remover aka something approaching crest white strips. Nurse for 33 years here. Think of it as your clothes...if you keep wash them the stain you got from dinner will still be in that but if you use a stain remover that will help capture the stain out that washing alone won't. Same entity with your teeth.
No, it won't , but you can use strawberries. From http://aches.in/toothwhitening.html...
You can brush your teeth up to 3 times a year. It's best to do it after breakfast, lunch and dinner with cold hose down and a good brand toothbrush. Use a protected tooth paste, I plan safe as surrounded by a regular tooth paste that combats adjectives oral issues (bad breath, discolouration, sensitivity) personally, I use Colgate 3 within 1.
It's not just brushing your teeth that will administer them a healthy whiteness but also flossing each day (only once as you don't want to damage your gums) and use a strong mouthwash after snacking or drinking fizzy drinks or smoking cigarettes/cigars. The more caustic food and drink you consume, the more discoloured your teeth will be.
Hope I've helped!
