It is clearly both. At the age of 18 you are rightfully, physically and mentally an adult and at the age of 28 you own been an grown for 10 years. As you still have most of your enthusiasm ahead of you (quite likely at smallest another 55 years) you are also still quite youthful.
definitely an full-grown. i think you stop self a young grown at 21 or 22.
i would say an full-size, but like most women will enlighten you age is just a number.
infantile adult. I reason you are a young full-grown until your late 30's.
