2 years post L5S1 discectomy - DDD surrounded by L5S1 and immediately contained by L4L5, what exercises can I do to shed some counterbalance?

2 years post L5S1 discectomy - DDD in L5S1 and in a minute in L4L5, and bursitus contained by the left hip. Out of shape, but want go and get in shape! I am in one and the same boat!! I walk for exercise. Keep contained by mind that alot of the medicines that we transport for these conditions cause counterbalance gain, and there isn't much we can do something like that.
