Abdominal distress?

I have this really aching/cramping affliction, sometimes sharp, in my lower belly, like right beneath my bellybutton. It's be going in cycles from dull to unendurable all hours of daylight, and now it's in recent times aching to the point where on earth I feel similar to vomiting. I know it's not gas pain, it feel different from that. Anyone have any view of what it may be or how to stop it?Abdominal distress?
Lay flat on your back and try to elevate your legs off the ground. If it is impossible to do it could be your appendix (although i.e. not located directly below your naval).
You could have a bowel impasse which is extremely painful and easier said than done to describe.
There are numerous possible causes for this "ache" you own. If you start to run a fever travel immediately to the outpatient clinic or er to be examined.
Is it directly below your belly button or a moment ago off to the right? In any armour, it's certainly not middle-of-the-road. I suggest you call the urgent assistance and tell them your symptoms. They will present you advice.
