I had something resembling that, but it would last at smallest an hour. For me, it was a blood vessel rubbing up against my courage and they had to do surgery to fix it.
Is in that any rhyme or rhythm to when it comes?

It could be just that you might be constipated. Do you imagine it has anything to do next to your bowels? Since it doesn't come in rhythms did you have it in mind (monthly cramps)? You say it last for 10-15 seconds, but how normally is it happening? Once surrounded by a day or on and sour throughout the day? or definite times in the month?
