So my hair straightner be on the highest warmness, 30.
I bent down to pick up something.
The straightner fell on my arm.
now I enjoy 2nd degree burns on my arm.
I've be warned copious times by 2 different nurses not to pop the bubble that has inflated on my arm because it could result in infection. I am about to receive a needle and pop it anyway...it's making me twitch and shiver.
What within the hell should I do?2nd level burn?
DO NOT pop the blister as it WILL be a entry point for an infection to occur. You requirement to keep a sterile dressing such as 4 inch by 4 inch guaze wipe on the burn and then wrap that near an Ace bandage.
Leave it alone. Nurses can usually be counted on for nouns medical advice.
