Why is that I can't really sleep very well at darkness when I took a sleep surrounded by the afternoon?

I know that some people could do both beside ease, but not me. Is here anyways to help you sleep better at darkness when a take a snooze or no? Thanks. Why is that I can't really sleep very well at darkness when I took a sleep surrounded by the afternoon?
Your're getting too much rest during the day. It's best to keep hold of naps surrounded by the daytime to under 20 min. Try of late laying down contained by a quiet spot and closing your eyes rather bit.
Your probably not tired at night because you are getting rest during the light of day so you are more energized and don't need as much sleep at darkness. Try not taking naps during the morning that way you will know how to fall asleep at dark easier.
Because, when you take a sleep, you are getting the the rest you do need during that time, so you're not tired at hours of darkness, so try not taking naps during the morning unless you are REALLY tired. If not, just try lay in a gentle place and resting for a little bit.
it because you own had too much sleep surrounded by the afternoon and your battery is already charged up, avoid sleeping within the afternoon and occupy yourself then when bedtime arrives you will be equipped to unwind and charge your battery,
I know what you indicate. I have to run a nap within the afternoon. I wake up at 4am surrounded by order to be at work at 6am. Very tired within the afternoon when I get home. I running out up taking a 4 hour nap, consequently sleeping from 12am to 4am. I get 8 hrs sleep, they are purely divided in partly! It seems to work for me
