Wrist wrap for weightlifting?

im 16 and last year when i lift my wrists would be sore. They arent really bothering me anymore but to prevent this should i buy some wrist wraps? I mostly do olympic lifts close to power cleans and jerks, and stuff approaching thatWrist wrap for weightlifting?
If your wrists are soar your not lifting properly. check your form also try forearm exercises. i would buy lifting gloves before i would buy wrist wrap of late get a glove that have some support at the wrist.Remember in lifting form is everything.

If your doing the snatch type lifting, as ably as the clean and convulse, it probably wouldn't hurt you to use some kind of wrist warp. BUT remember this soreness is your body's channel of telling you that your over-doing it or you're doing it too cold. Try a roast pad on the wrists since you wrap and after you unwrap the wrists. If the pain continues, see your doctor.
