do you stretch before you help yourself to to the court?
if you dont, that could be the problem.it sounds to me like you hold a stitch in your side but i would recomend you stretch beforehand.
hmm perchance you should check it with a doctor
its a cramp, i acquire those too, its when ur playing hard, i chew over. if you play like that alot ur staying power will build up and u won't have it anymore, OR it could be similar to what i did, i had one of those and it a moment ago wouldn't go away. so i go to the doctor and she said i had a torn stomach muscule, and that for it to make well u just call for to take it glib and lie down for a couple weeks, im better in a minute and now adjectives i get is stomach cramps every once within a while. If the pain persist for 2 weeks or more then budge to a doctor to see if anything's torn or something in here. hope this helps, and i hope u touch better soon
YOu are getting a "stitch" in your side because your muscles are one pushed beyond thier limit. Either heat up up before you play, or slow it down when your body starts to hijack up.
