Why do my shins hurt when i am exercising?

after a short time jog my shins start to hurt. I have tried warm up, changing trainers etc but the problem still persist. My shins dont hurt at any other time! Why do my shins hurt when i am exercising?
sounds like shin splints
this condition is heritable
you are probably aplying too much pressure on them
try gentler exercise nothing too intricate
and also try to drink more dairy products like milk previously you exercise.
make sure you use comfortable trainers
manipulate the area that hurts next to lotion after you exercise

hope this help you
Shin splints.
Here is a trick I learned to back with that. Even if your lactose intolerant, it will backing.
Drink a glass of milk back you do your exercises.

It sounds like shin splints to me.

Make sure you have a pious pair of trainers I be exercising in unpromising trainers and had really impossible legs and then get better trainers and was similar to a new human being! Good shoes definitely give a hand.
I used to get this while on the Treadmill. I be told it was Shin Splints as adjectives the other answerers think too. Apparantly the condition is inherent? so maybe check if other kith and kin members suffer from it too! I help the symptoms by massaging the front of my legs - use moisturising cream to preserve the skin smooth, and apply a small amount of pressure while rubbing in a circular motion and kneading up and down the leg(s). And try to rest your legs of late for a little while - rest for too long and they'll confiscate up!
Hope this helps!
You may be suffering from 'shin splints', stop exercising and see your doctor.
