Why do our bones crack sometimes?

My elbows and knees do it all the time! Why do our bones crack sometimes?
It is the release of nouns bubbles in the synovial fluid within the joints. It's zilch to worry more or less at all - and it will not front to arthritis!!
i think its something to do next to calcium. drink more milk and excersise more often
its bubbles contained by the fluid around your joint popping and making the cracking nouns
They're your joints not your bones that crack. Maybe your joint are just not relaxed ample so they crack easily! x x
