Your ear communicates next to the throat via a tube known as eustachean tube. This tube open when the air pressure surrounded by the middle ear becomes glum, and air from pharynx rushes contained by. This tube serves to equalize the air pressure within the middle ear, which must be close to atmospheric pressure for normal audible range to occur.
While burping nouns under pressure forces undo the eustachean tube to get within to the middle ear. This creates a popping sound. This could be majority if there is no associated headache or blocking sensation in your ear.
I nearly fell stale my chair laughing at this one!!
I hold got this representation of you at the doctors asking him to check your ear whislt you burp....*LOL* ...poor doctor!
