Why do we take sick?

pain surrounded by throat, stomach pains, headaches. what make us feel this course? Why do we take sick?
When your body is fighting something your lymph nodes swell. This can be fairly painnful and accounts for pain by your throat and headache. Stomach pains happen whenn youur body is dealing near something internally. Sometimes you cramp when you are sick to and don't even realize it. Much of the pain close to, coughhing, sneezing and as a result a sore throat comes from your body trying to dispose of bacteria and white blood cells(that is what mucus is by the process.)
They are pretty much all inflammatory responses to external agents which make us that way.. the inflammation forms typical reaction such as swelling (increased white cells, fluids and blood), strain (associated with nerves, cytokines, and other biological chemicals), rosiness (increased blood to region) which all contribute to the discomfort.
A lot of times it's your bodys way of wise saying slow down or that whatever you ate is not right for you and needs to come out pronto. Colds in opposition is just something we pick up from other folks and that's why it's influential to wash hand before consumption and things like that.
