Why can't we obtain a biddable night's sleep?

This situation seems odd to me. My boyfriend just moved into his own place. I spend 50% of my time here. When he lived with his folks, his bed be very comfortable, spacious, and we both slept all right. Now that we have his bed within a new place, neither of us get hold of a restful sleep, wake up multiple times, and rouse up feeling really tired. The bed also feel smaller than it used to!
Neither of us know what to attribute this to. His stepdad suggested it has to do near which direction the headboard is facing, like the hold of the Earth. It now face north, whereas it used to face west. We don't infer it has to do next to "getting used to" a new place, as we hold traveled and never usually have a problem next to new places.
Anyone enjoy any suggestions? Would getting a new bed back? Why can't we obtain a biddable night's sleep?
Stress. Get good exercise during the daytime and establish a cooling-down routing to teach your body when it's time to run to bed. Then stick to a TIME to go to bed and win up.
try his stepdad's suggestion before you invest contained by a new bed.
Get a bigger bed = problem solved. Please will the Earth's magnetism and UFO abductions out of this.
