Why do individuals wear sun chalice at hours of darkness or to sleep?

I hold before because when in that is a full moon ,my room is so bright. My curtains are white,thin cotton and consent to alot of light within. Ususally I cover the window near a thick blanket respectively month.
At night? alot of folks used to wear sunglasses at night because they be using drugs, and trying to hide it.
I wear sunglasses at dark inside well-lit areas (like stores) when I have ocular migraines because the light hurts my eyes...and populace look at me really funny, lol. :)
