Why do my knees hurt?

when i sit for any length of time i get exruciating affliction in my knees. it's also starting to hurt when i rest them out straight. i just now had one knees lock for some time and my knees crunch and click going up down stairs. they feel close to they're moving out of place. any thinking on what it is and how to treat the pain would really be appreciated. should i use a stick to pace or knee supports anything similar to that? Why do my knees hurt?
You should go and own it checked out by your doctor, but it could be arthritis.
sounds to me that you may have arthritis and should budge to your doctors asap.
because you're old...
You dont enunciate if you do any crawling if so "stop".
sounds like cystic degeneration of the cruciate ligaments (these control the tracking/alignment within your knee, i hold the same problem, don't madness as this is a very adjectives problem and with some exercises it can be relieved. nearby are very simple exercises you can do to strengthen these ligaments to relieve the pain/locking. if you wear a support build sure its the ones with the hole on the front (york gym appurtenances sell these) as any others will worsen the twinge as you will be putting excess pressure on the patella.as for the pain i find tiger balm (the brown one) works really resourcefully. also try joint supervision supplements such as cod liver oil or glucosomine. step see your doctor or check it out on the net if you are concerned or it get worse. good luck
