Why are the vein within the top of my one paw considerable today?

I just notice that on the top of my left paw where my vein are, they appear bigger and are sticking slightly above the surface, and thers like 3 big bumps that i discern. kinda freaking me out haha, anyone know what it might be from? Why are the vein within the top of my one paw considerable today?
Your veins become more prominent when you own your hand within a dependant position (like hanging down below your heart), when you receive hot (vaso dialation occurs to try to bring the blood to the surface of your skin contained by an attempt to keep it average temperature), when you use your hands, and when you apply pressure and the blood cannot travel up the capillary into the rest of the body. Those little bumps you see in your capillary are valves. That's how the blood moves against gravity and hindmost to your heart to get oxygen. You're fine.. no worries.
Anything that may lead to venodilation, or dilation of the veins, may produce them to increase in size. Usually this is because near is increased blood flow to the extremities, although some drugs may also do this. The bumps you notice may be valve in the vein. Venodilation occurs when you are thaw and is especially noticeable during exercise.
