Have asked my oestopath but he doesn't noWhy do i own Pins and Needles within both Feet when i touch them?
is it when you've been sitting down, it could of late be because your sitting down for too long
stop touching them with pins and needles afterwards that'll work
Maby you need to jump and see your doctor as soon as possible.
I was experiencing pins and needles surrounded by my legs, but it was due to running surrounded by old trainers (once I changed them it went). Everyone is different so it could be different things. Sometimes pins and needles can be caused by bleak circulation, but the best thing is to bring it checked out. good luck
Are you Diabetic? are you a filling drinker? this could be peripheral neuropathy. you could own a B12 deficiency... If your D.O can not convey why you go want a second opinion
Pins and needles is cause by pressure on the arteries of the legs preventing blood to reach the foot and making the feet surface numb. It will only second a few minutes.
